Our Mission

The Scope

The scope of our outreach program includes:

  1. Essential medical/dental examinations
  2. Cleft lip/palate repair
  3. Basic dentistry

As you know, the cost of these types of endeavors is significant. In the past, we have obtained support for these missions via private donations. The funds are appropriated for:

  • Purchasing anesthesia monitors,
  • Surgical/dental supplies, and to
  • Subsidize the travel of students/nurses that accompany the team.

The Goal

Our goal is to establish a solid foundation of financial backing, medical and dental equipment, and resources to care for people in these under-served communities.

These clinics will provide people in need with the necessary medical and dental services that they lack.

Globally, it is our hope that we will promote an integration of local health care providers with team members so as to help these distant communities indefinitely.

The Mission

Beautiful Faces selects remote regions where children have no access to medical and dental services. A team of medical professionals will visit the area and conduct medical examinations, dental examinations, and perform surgeries.

Recent Success

In October 2013, a team of medical professionals traveled to Guatemala to provide medical support, dental assistance, and perform surgeries on children in need. The team will spent the entire week performing surgeries and examinations.

The team saw over 70 patients and operated on 18 children. The main emphasis was to fix as many facial deformities in young children (6 months-2 years of age) as possible in this short time frame.

Over $70,000 worth of surgery and dentistry services was donated along with many essential medical/surgical supplies and equipment.

The families and lives of these patients are forever changed. They all speak of the kindness and generosity that was exhibited and are eternally grateful for our help.

In February 2019, Beautiful Faces in conjunction with Medical Missions of Mercy traveled to General Santos City in the Philippines. The mission was undertaken to provide mulitple aspects of surgical, medical, and dental care to the indigent children and families of this region. The team consisted of over 50 healthcare providers and ancillary staff. During the week of the mission, 99 major surgical operations were perfomed, close to 400 dental patients were treated, and an additional 375 patients were treated by optometry. 1,121 patients received exceptional health care services in this short period of time!!
